Perfect service and was kept updated on my order throughout

I ordered the wrong size and Hemingway changed it but without query very quickly and efficiently

I recently ordered a Merino wool top for my husband as a gift.
This was despatched and I was immediately advised of this.
Sadly Royal Mail seemed to have a problem but Hemingway and I kept in touch throughout.
The package finally arrived 8 days later…..it is perfect, hopefully my husband will love it, it is a Christmas present.
Cannot thank Hemingway enough for their superb customer service.

I recently ordered a casual tweed suit from Hemingway and the end product exceeded my expectations in every way. I have had many suits and trousers from Toby over the years but this particular suit has just hit all the buttons. Great cloth, great fit, with some really nice touches like the Spectacle pocket and really comfortable.

I found the belt I wanted on the website, at areasonable price; I ordered it and it came when expected. It hasn't been worn yet, but looks and feels exactly what I expect from a company like Dents.

A great experience from start to finish. Toby put me at ease immediately during my consultation and I enjoyed the entire process from choosing my fabric to the final fitting. It's so strange wearing clothes that fit my body perfectly: I just never really realised how ill fitting my other clothes are. I've had so many compliments on my new suit and it has made dressing for work much quicker and easier. Thank you so much Toby!

Very good quality, prompt service and well packed. Colour not quite as per internet image but that can very often happen with most products. Very happy with this Company. I called the Company and by chance the owner took the call. He explained that they also do a bespoke service which I was very happy to hear, so will be meeting him in London to pursue this service.
