Toby always has time to let you choose fabric, buttons etc

I'm a repeat customer of Toby's at Hemingways and the service and quality of product is first class. A great range of materials and styles, good value with an honest, experts eye to guide you through the process. As friendly a service as you could wish for. If your looking for that tailor made experience then I wholly recommend this company.

Myself being such a peculiar shape I have always found difficultly in
finding clothes to fit me , I have two lovely suits with additional trousers which really are bespoke and have never felt so confident at social events etc , thanks Toby you made be feel very comfortable throughout the process

I do not like buying clothes. Nothing fits right and for more formal work occasions I feel like a bag tied in the middle and nothing looks right.

Needing something smart for work and wanting to feel comfortable, it was with excitement and trepidation that I arrived in Leeds for the initial meeting. However, I have to say it was the best 2 hours of clothes buying ever. Toby put me at ease. He is delightful, knowledgeable, polite and understanding. His advice is worth listening to. He did not think my hang-ups were silly. He guided me through the process with charm and patience. I felt at ease and I trusted him when in any shop I would have said no.

At the fitting I was delighted. It felt perfect. It looks perfect. It is perfect. The small alteration needed on the trouser was minor and completed within a short period of time and forwarded to me. I take pride in showing people my suit and explaining every detail from the lining, the monogram, the buttons, the cut and the fit as well as the experience of having it made.

I do highly recommend Hemingway Tailors. I am not someone who would write an excellent review unless the service was excellent. This is a genuine review that I am happy to submit.

Mark went above & beyond to accommodate us at very short notice & managed to work around a very tight schedule where we had limited availability.

after a couple off false starts regarding appointments (through no fault of Hemingway's) we eventually made our first appointment which proved to be a very pleasant and interesting experience.

Our second appointment was slightly affected by unforeseen circumstances but we were able to complete the second fitting and would like to thank Mr Toby Luper putting himself out on this occasion

Arrived at the studio for an initial fitting, followed by a final fitting 10 weeks later, minor adjustment and I picked up the suit a week later. Great fitting suit and one happy customer.

I recently wanted a casual linen style jacket for a late Spring holiday in Italy. Toby suggested some great fabrics, which resulted in a creamy jacket which gave me just the right amount of sartorial elegance to fit in with the stylish Italians in Verona and Lake Garda. Some nice touches like the removable sunglasses pocket and the ability to undo the cuff buttons, and of course the fit was just right first time!
