very quick service and a good product

I ordered a Henchman 2.4 mtr adjustable step ladder, having looked at the hight of the ladder, after i had already paid, I decided to change the length to a 3 mtr
This was made so easy by the Vikki after I phoned them, the order was adjusted, and I received the ladder the next day, and boy was i not disappointed, they are such good quality, light weight and very easy to use 👌 absolutely fantastic, along with the service from the supplier,highly recommend 😀

The Henchman ladder is lightweight, solid , adjustable and the single leg at the back allows you to get closer to the tree to be pruned. The big plus is the confidence in safety experienced when using. Wouldn’t be without one now.
Would be good if bespoke brackets were available to hang the ladder on a garage wall.

Having used Henchman products for many years, when we needed a ladder to use over uneven ground, they were the obvious choice. We had a good look at the ladders at RHS Malvern, worked out which one we needed, and then ordered one at RHS Chelsea. As ever, it is very well manufactured, well designed, and feels very safe to use.
Highly recommend Henchman products.
