Rob was the engineer who attended to replace my boiler. He was friendly and respectful to me and my home. He cleaned up after the works. Rob was patient and very good at explaining how the new system operated. I am very pleased with Henri Taylor and would happily recommend them.

I was looking to have A/C installed upstairs in our house with Summer looming and those hot nights. I was recommended Henri-Taylor Heating Solutions by a friend who had used them before.
Steve Taylor first came to do a survey and discuss options and cost. I found the quote very competitive and decided to go ahead.
Steve then came and done the installation over a couple of days as stated.
A very experienced likeable engineer who obviously new what he was doing.
The job was finished to a very high standard.
Very tidy as well. He vacuumed both days when finished and you would not have known he had been there.
Would highly recommend.

I had my Boiler replaced by Henri-Taylor Heating and found them to be very fast working, punctual on arrival in the morning and clean when they had finished what they were doing.They left me with clear instructions of how to operate the new Boiler, the thermostat that I needed to go with it and probably best of all, something that was much better than the woman that lived here before me had left me to put up with.I have always used them to service my Boiler in the past so it makes no difference to me that I will have to use them to service this one in the future to validate the guarantee.

We needed a new boiler and wanted to use a local installer. We could not have been happier with the service we received from Henri-Taylor. From the initial site survey, through to the boiler installation, they were very professional throughout. Communication was also excellent.

Henri-Taylor came out promptly and resolved my issue, no fuss, no drama. Their customer service was faultless, their engineer (Steve) was at mine within an hour and resolved my issue within 30 minutes. It was exactly what you'd expect but so often don't get. I will be using Henri-Taylor instead of my property managers' contracted engineers. It's rare to find a friendly, competent company that are so easy to work with. You won't regret it.

When our old boiler died approx a week before Xmas I didn’t know where to turn. After popping into there showroom the girls couldn’t be more helpful and very knowledgeable re products. Within a few days we had a competitive price plus a date for installation by the nicest engineer you could wish for. All sorted in a few days before Christmas. Highly recommend. .

Engineer turned up within stated start time slot - removed my old boiler - fitted new one - told me it needed a follow up visit the next day. Next morning got a message saying engineer wouldn't be attending due to family illness and suggesting next week - I am at an AirB&B all week in Great Malvern looking at properties locally so no go.

We are very happy with the new boiler that was put in. Everyone were good workers and very friendly. Clean and tidy (which is very important) Tock a bit of time to get used to the new timer but that's just me lol.

Arrived within the time slot. Very professional and knowledgeable about our NEST system. Checked every single radiator as well as the boiler .

I arranged a booking for the next day, which was perfect. The engineer arrived at the time agreed and was polite and friendly in carrying out the service. There was the facility of paying by card at the end of the service. All paperwork was completed on the day and copies of certificates emailed the same day.

Punctual , professional , polite and friendly engineers . I have used HT since 2023 when I moved to a new property. This is a local family run firm who deliver an excellent service at a fair price .And should I need them are always at the end of the phone or give a prompt email response .
My recent yearly service was to their usual high standard .
