Have used them a few times for boiler services, replacing a radiator and recently to have a new boiler fitter. Exceptional service from the start in arranging the visit which is always quick and thank you to Robbie who installed the new boiler, very professional and a great install and service.

Nice simple boiler service carried out quickly and politely. Engineer was very punctual for agreed time slot including a call in advance to confirm estimated arrival time.

Steve and Mike removed our old leaking boiler and installed a much needed replacement including separate hot water cylinder all into our loft.

Very efficient service, called out as emergency call out for broken boiler and new Boiler installed and up and running in 48 hours and over a weekend.
Steve explained everything clearly and was quick to respond to and texts/questions.

From previous personal experience I turned to Henri-Taylor for my new heating system. The system was completed in four days. The men were efficient and considerate throughout. They cleared up after themselves and left us with nothing but an efficient heating system and a warm house.

Robbie installed my radiators, refilled and recommissioned the heating system. He also took time to show me how to use the Nest control, and answered queries I had about the system. He was punctual, very professional, helpful, and completed the task within the four hour slot. I would highly recommend him!
