Fantastic service, had no hot water , john and team came out at very short notice, and due to my partner being disable, john came out on a Saturday on his day off to fix my boiler, not only are they professional in what they do, they care about their customers, and their welfare . I couldn't be more happier. 5 stars from me

Henri- Taylor provided an excellent service from initial contact to completion. Jon attended the house to complete the survey, he gave very knowledgeable professional advice and sent a written quote later that day -
to remove existing boiler in the kitchen and to install a new combi boiler in the bathroom cupboard.

Jon and Mike completed the job to a very high standard within two days, both were polite, courteous and trustworthy.
They did a great job and I would not hesitate in recommending this company and I will be using them going forward.

Steve did a thorough and efficient service of our HIU and associated filter. He also was patient and super helpful in getting our Hive system working again.

We’ve been using Henri-Taylor for a number of years now. Previous jobs have included removal of old water tank/boiler system and installation of a new combi system and boiler for us, they’ve also installed a new shower for us and always do our annual boiler/heating system service. Steve, Mike and John are all brilliant, super professional and knowledgeable and jobs are all completed to an excellent standard and very competitively priced. Henri-Taylor recently installed air con into our new loft conversion. We didn't know much about air-con and the options we had so when Steve visited to quote for the job he helped us understand our options with pros and cons for each and offered honest and genunine advice.
They provided two quotes with the various options as we discussed and the communication was excellent throughout the process.
The install was seamless and the job carried out was neat and tidy inside and out.
We have had a number of trade people during the course of the build and its clear that henri-taylor are a professional outfit that take pride in the work they carry out. - Thank you to Steve and the team, I will have no hesitation in using you again for all my heating and plumbing needs.
