Came a few mins late but rang to warn me. Clearly told me what was going to happen. Did works cleanly, on time and on budget. Pointed out some things that my previous boiler service had missed. Very courteous and friendly, also unlike previous servicer. Well done Henri Taylor!

I called Henry-Taylor the first time because I had issues with my boiler. It turns out it was a condensed trap blockage. Everything from booking an appointment to solving my problem was done quickly and in a professional manner whilst being friendly. It was all explained to me and felt not rushed and at a decent price point so I decided to call the company again for the servicing of my boiler. As expected, everything went very well as per the first visit and he even checked that the condensed trap was still clean ( which it was). They have definitely made a regular customer out of me - for servicing that is as I hope that so will not have regular issues with my boiler!

Steve and Jon are amazing professionals and highly knowledgeable. They are approachable, courteous and patient as I asked many questions. Their customer service team is also first class and I was able to communicate with Emily and the Team who were always pleased to help. The finished work is excellent and it’s not just the work, it was the whole seamless experience from start to completion. I had a very pleasent experience while planning for & installing an Air conditioner at my residence. Steve was very through, open & honest in responding to 40+ questions I sent to him prior to finalising my purchase. On the day of the installation, the work was carried out with minimum in-convinience and on schedule. I had an issue post installation, which was promptly attended to and addressed as soon as I reported the same. Overall a very positive experience with this purchase & happy to recommend this company to my friends if necessary. The recommended product is meeting my expectations in terms of performance and running costs.

My Boiler would not turn off and my insurance company said they couldnt help unless I took out additional insurance with them! I looked on Trustpilot and left my details and within one hour Emily called me and after a couple of questions she arranged for Jon to come out and sort the problem. While he was here he fitted a new Hive control system at a very good price. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having heating/boiler issues. ☺

The service was excellent. Jon called before hand to inform of his arrival time. He arrived as mentioned and carried out the work very systematically. Along with servicing my boiler I was also getting a smart thermometer installed. Jon explained how to use the thermostat once installed and talked me through everything. excellent service, would recommend to anyone wanting a reliable and pleasant experience.

Jon came out to see if he could fix my old boiler and we decided it was more economical to replace rather than repair. This was all done quickly and efficiently via his office and himself over the next few days, and the work completed in one day to a high standard. Price was a bit cheaper than other quotes.

Their customer service was spot on , my enquiries was replied promptly by email. An engineer was sent for initial survey to view my property to see where the boiler would be installed.
Their quotation was reasonable priced as compared to other quotations I
had from other companies.
A date was booked for the installation..the engineer Jon..came on time..he was very neat, polite and very friendly.
