Fantastic quality and variety of plants, brilliant communication and answers to any questions from the seller, reasonable prices and speedy,reliable,safe delivery with great tracking available. I wish that every online company operated like this. The seller really cares about the plants they grow and the service they provide to customers. This is my third year of buying from them.I've used several other companies in the past but Herbal Haven is by far the best.

Just what I wanted for a century old blind garden as a replacement for one which was stolen. There is a braille plaque beside it to identify it. It arrived very securely packaged.

The plants were very well package when they arrived, all 8 were Healthy. DHL were supposed to deliver the day before but I received an email from them stating that they would be delivered the next day. I thought that the plants would be in poor condition but they are fine and doing great. I will definitely use Herbal Haven again in the future when I buy new plants.

This is not first order I have had from Herbal Haven. I am never disappointed. Plants are healthy and beautifully packed and packaging is environmentally aware.

Excellent plants, very reasonably priced, securely packed and sent by a reputable courier. I wasn't sure what to expect as a previous plant order from another company and sent by a different courier had not gone well. However these were larger established plants which revived quickly after being unpacked and are now in pots in the garden. Thanks Herbal Haven you have restored my faith in online plant orders.
