My family and I recently stayed at the guesthouse, and I would like to share our feedback. We were a group of 13 people traveling from Germany. We were informed via email that someone would be available at the reception from 3:00 PM, as the hotel was closed on Mondays. I was also asked to provide my phone number so that the staff could contact me if needed.
Unfortunately, no one was present upon our arrival, despite multiple emails I sent while on the road. We tried to reach someone by phone, which took about an hour before we finally succeeded. When a staff member arrived, there was no apology or explanation. The person simply offered to allow my dog in the room.
Additionally, after a seven-hour drive, we did not receive any drinks or refreshments. The breakfast was of noticeably poor quality—bad bread, weak coffee, subpar cheese, and only a little fruit. The description promised an outstanding breakfast, which we did not experience.
Most disappointingly, the owner responded in an unprofessional manner via AI translation instead of personally addressing our concerns. This behavior was quite upsetting.
Today, I inquired about compensation, but I received only another strange response generated by AI.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improvements for future guests. One of our family member and guest also is a hotel manager in Spain,and was absolutely shocked about that really poor service and managemenet.
