we had a great experience with this…
we had a great experience with this particular hertz. We came a little bit late to our appointment but he stayed to accommodate us and we’re very grateful for that. Would definitely come back specifically here because of their service. The one that helped us was a Filipino guy. And even when we forgot something in the car he was helpful to help us find it. Five out of five!

Professional and courteous service. Price was just as I expected. And the car was available as expected.

Pick up and drop off were super easy
Pick up and drop off were super easy. Only thing I would say is that the office is closed from 12-1pm, which isn't publicized when arranging for pickup. Luckily, I called and found out they were closed during that time. But everyone was very professional and friendly and the car was perfect.

As always I had a great experience at my local Brentwood Hertz on O’Hara. Friendly, Fast efficient service. Always very helpful and the car provided always exactly what I need.

The staff and service was great!
The staff and service was great! The car was new and clean. My one complaint is the car smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. I hope the people that smoke in these cars are heavily fined because the smell permanently damages the appeal of a vehicle and is unpleasant to individuals who find the smell of drugs offensive.
