Car was exactly what we needed, drove great, great gas mileage. One tiny problem, the car needed new windshield wipers and had no wiper fluid. Other than that, perfect!

Poor employee performance
The employee that checked me in put my information incorrectly and I was denied using my debit card. I asked her to put it in again she did and it was accepted. I was not told there would be a $500 hold on my debit card. When I picked up the car, it was dirty. These two things definitely will affect my future purchases.

Wrong car
Wrong car. Down sized me with no care in the world. I reserved the car well in advance and then trying to add a second driver what a joke.

They did not have my assigned vehicle…
They did not have my assigned vehicle at time of renting. They assigned me a vehicle that was supposed to be getting serviced but said it " shud " be fine and nothing major was alerting on the computer. 1 hour into my trip the D/S rear tire was severely under inflated. Checked, no nails or screws. Had to continuesly inflate that rear tire along with P/S rear 2x daily for the entire trip looking for gas stations with air. Turned out to be a leaky valve stems.

Suck customer service
When I picked up the car it had a low tire. The service agent said they didn't have a way to fill the tire. I filled it at a local station. I then had to fill it twice a day for the four days I had it. Each morning the dash also indicated it needed an oil change. During this time I also tried to extend my reservation two days because my travel plans had changed. The Hertz system would not allow the extension. So I drove overnight to return the car to agency, dropped it before the store opened and picked up another vehicle from a different provider. I could never reach a REAL person to discuss this. Your phone "attendant" service is not what I wanted - I wanted to speak to a real person and your system failed.
