Expected typical car pickup direct to…
Expected typical car pickup direct to parking space, but all customers were directed to counter instead. Check in was difficult - long wait, only 2 staff members, snarky comment from 1 staff member. Very unlike typical Hertz experience.
Rest of experience was as expected - smooth and easy.
