I left my computer bag in the car at drop off and didn't discover it until I was on my way home and couldn't get back to the location until 15 min after close. The location manager stayed after close and met me outside with my bag. It was critically important to me because I needed to complete some reports that night.
They are consistently pleasant at that location in UTC.

Great no-fuss location
Great no-fuss location. Guy from Boston working the desk checked me in, he was great. Everything was fast and there was no line. When I came to return, there were a ton of people in there and only one guy working. He helped me out just fine. But companies should stop with the bare-bones, skeleton crew, cost-cutting BS. Sometimes you need more people working and not to run your people ragged. You got good people working at this location -- don't overwork them and don't abuse them. Make sure you have 2 people working on busy times, don't make one good employee be running around 24/7. Companies need to get right.

My return time was noon and I clicked…
My return time was noon and I clicked your easy link to extend to 6 or 7 and the extra charge was $975. The charge for renting for that same day was $60. I tried to call every number and although there was a choice to speak to someone but no one answers any of those lines. I had to go in person to an office and return the car and resent it. And if I had more space I could go on and on about all the other issues, including that I’m still waiting for an answer to my email to customer service from your website.
