No car available at the time I went to pick up the prepaid reserved vehicle. End of day they are telling me I can go find another rental place or come back the next day. I was fortunate that Sunstone can to drop off their car, but then I was the one that had to do the inspection and run back and forth reporting to the employee so that I didn't get charged for the empty tank of gas or anything else that might have come up. I had to clean the car too.

Car was in great condition. The customer service representatives were rude in pretending they did not know the location of the car I rented. They were also giving another customer a hard time, as he reported the car he rented was displaying a trouble message.

This is by far the best Hertz location…
This is by far the best Hertz location I've ever rented at, and I have done quite a few rentals. The manager is amazing and reached out to me when he saw that my plane was going to be delayed and assured me that the rental car will be waiting for me as well as making sure I was happy with my return refund because I returned it one day early
