There was a grimy film on the inside of the windshield. It was not noticed during the day but at night it was blinding mess. It took 3 attempts to clean it over 6 days. Could only tell during night time driving.

I bought the insurance at the advise of the rep I rented the car from. Unfortunately a rock on the freeway cracked the windshield. It was easy and convenient to return the car explain what happened and use the purchased insurance. Great experience!
