Great service. Efficient and friendly.

I am requesting a review and adjustment of the additional charges on our invoice. Several fees were added that were never disclosed or approved at the time we signed for the vehicle.

When we booked online, the quoted price was significantly lower than the final amount, which nearly doubled once the vehicle was returned. We were never informed that adding an additional driver or returning the vehicle to a different location would result in these extra charges.

The return location was only changed because the original location was closed and unable to accommodate an early drop-off. This was not a change we made for convenience, but a necessary alternative due to the location’s operating hours.

Had these additional costs been disclosed upfront, we would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision. Given the lack of communication regarding these fees and the circumstances surrounding the return location, I believe it is reasonable to request that these additional charges be reconsidered and reduced.

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter fairly and adjusting the final invoice to reflect the original quoted price as closely as possible.

I coudnt get the car on time even after reserving it in advance. Rest everything was good. And the car was not clean.

Car was nice and clean. I got a bigger car than was shown (nice). The gentleman that helped me was polite and professional. Pictures were emailed very quickly. Everything at pick up went very smoothly.

The staff was superb and the price fit my budget. I need to rent again but the rates are too high so I will look elsewhere
