I booked a full size SUV (pathfinder or similar) for a 4 day trip and when I arrived to pick up the car I was informed there were no vehicles available, except 1 electric car that did not fit the body/model I booked. Someone else just so happened to drop a Toyota Corolla off as I was there. I accepted the car but when I asked for a reduced rate as this was a totally different and smaller car I was informed that they could not honor a lower rate as I booked the original car on a discounted rate. On the day of drop off there also 3 customers there in the same situation as me. I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint

I was denied a car despite a reservation, had to travel back and forth between airport and Somerville, MA. Prior indication of shortage of cars is easy and this is a lack of integrity. I spent 100$ in taxi and paid extra for picking up at the airport and charged extra for not returning at Somerville even though I picked at the airport. I don't think having a President circle status is of any use

Careless
1. The pre-rental inspection file recorded information and photos of another car.
2. Never used toll roads or activated E-Z Pass but mistakenly billed All-Inclusive toll fare one week after.

Great attendant who gave us our vehicle. The drop off process at the airport was completely stress free!

The car I reserved was not available
The car I reserved was not available. I was given an EV car, even though I did not want one, and it was incredibly inconvenient given that I was driving to rural New York State where fast charging stations were few and far between. I was told they were not allowed to upgrade me to a better gas-powered car, despite my preference. I was unhappy and inconvenienced and hope to not be forced into an EV again in the future. If you do not have the car I reserved, you should be required to give me a better car (a better gas-powered car if that is my preference) at no additional cost.
