Exceptional Service and Support from Hesel Media

I am thrilled to share my experience with Hesel Media, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by my account manager, Juan. From the very beginning, Juan has been fantastic and super responsive. His dedication and commitment to my success make it feel as though he is an employee of my own company. This level of investment and support from an external partner is incredibly reassuring.

One of the aspects I appreciate the most are our weekly calls. During these sessions, we review analytics, conversion rates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead statuses. This routine has been instrumental in helping me get into a consistent flow and develop good habits. Moreover, it has significantly mitigated the feeling of overwhelm that all too often accompanies new systems and programs.

Juan's proactive approach and attention to detail ensure that no gaps are left unaddressed. He does everything possible to drive our success, making me feel supported and confident in our collaborative efforts. Joined Hesel Media

Joined Hesel Media, as a client, in January of 2024 to kickoff my new venture and journey in RE investments. I'm a relative newcomer in this sphere so it was important to me to have all the systems in place CORRECTLY from the beginning. In business and success, it's always easier to scale up and grow when you have a strong foundation. As a solopreneur also, as well as having another full time business to run, I don't really have the bandwith to do my own marketing. Like most things, you could probably do your own marketing and save money, but it's just a matter of time.

I'd rather offload marketing onto the pros while I can focus on acquisitions and deal making.

Hesel sets you up with a personal sales manager who stays on top of your goals and marketing strategies, suggesting ways to optimize and pivot and, with the ultimate goal of, obviously, making more money.

I don't often write reviews

I don't often write reviews, as I believe there are typically too many variables in situations to judge companies and people based on a single moment. However, I do write reviews when it comes to assessing the character of individuals, and this is a situation where the character fell extremely short.

I had a very unprofessional experience. After a month, I hadn't received any leads other than the two I got on the first day, which I later found out weren't real. Both numbers were Google Voice numbers that someone had created, and the emails didn't tie back to the proposed owners. Any attempts they made to fix the problem didn't work because no real leads ever showed up.

I decided to cancel the service, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. Esteban had a complete meltdown. It was one of the worst displays of self-control I've ever witnessed. While one or two attempts to retain a customer can be considered good salesmanship, the seven or more attempts via every medium of contact were simply outrageous. Getting to the actual cancellation was more difficult than breaking up with a difficult partner, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. It went from him begging me to stay to blaming me because I didn't want to give them an unlimited amount of time to find a solution to a problem they clearly didn't know how to fix.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this individual is off the charts, and he seems to have an excuse for everything. I understand that times can be tough, but when a customer wants to leave, it's important to accept that gracefully. This person couldn't do that. Instead, he resorted to blaming, harassment, and even threats; it's beyond ridiculous. I'm not sure what's going on at Hesel Media, but whatever it is, it's certainly not good. What should have been a simple parting of ways turned into a disaster due to Esteban's childish and narcissistic behavior. I strongly advise against using this company.

Your review suggests that we failed to fulfill our service commitments, a claim that diverges sharply from our records and documentation. We pride ourselves on our dedication to client success, demonstrated through diligent service and ongoing support. It was of absolute importance to keep it collaborative during the setup and onboarding process and understand that challenges would happen but we had a plan in place for everything, our records show that you only stayed for about 30 days and didn't give us the ability to respond and execute properly.

Regarding the technical challenges you mentioned with Twilio A2P 10DLC and card verification for Facebook Business Manager, these are not unique to our collaboration but rather industry-wide issues. A successful outcome typically relies on proactive collaboration from both sides, something we unfortunately did not experience in this instance.

It's disheartening to see a chargeback initiated for services rendered in good faith, especially given our clear no-refund policy, which was agreed upon during the contract phase. It undermines the work and effort invested by both parties and fails to provide a resolution that is just and fair.
