This company were responsible for moving out the gentleman we bought from. Not only were they incredibly slow at clearing the property (when we arrived after completing the purchase in the afternoon, we actually had to help them move things out ourselves), but they also caused damage to our walls and carpets—large chunks taken out of the wall, damage to the metal framework beneath the plasterboard, and muddy footprints across bedroom carpets.
When I contacted them about these issues, they essentially dismissed it and said it wasn’t their responsibility.
They didn’t even have their own van—it appeared to be a rental from a local company.

Reply from Hilderbrands Removals: In response to this review, we have no record of who you are. We understand you may be upset, but we believe you may have reviewed the wrong company and advise you to remove this immediately. We have an untarnished record and intend to keep it that way.

I have checked my email correspondence regarding the issues with this company, and I have not made a mistake with the details. I can only assume they don’t recall my name or situation because there may be similar complaints.
Please don’t “advise” that I remove a genuine review. A professional company addresses concerns transparently and works to resolve them, rather than denying they exist.
