Spent several hour taking HIPAA class. The final exam wouldn’t advance past first question and all progress was lost. Support was useless. Going somewhere else.

This is a scam. Purchased courses, courses expired after only 60 days when they advertise a year. Would not reset courses. Customer service very rude. Highly recommend using a different service.

horrible experience
horrible experience. after taking 2.5 hrs of my time to take the course and test, now they dont have records of me doing so. so now i have to take the course again, obviously somewhere else. So yes thank you for your inefficiency and for waiting 2.5 hrs of my time and hopefully i will get my money back.

Scam alert
Made an account, took my money. Unable to take exams or anything because it states i don't have an account. Been trying to get ahold of customer service. That's a joke!! Waste of time

Theft Alert!
I had been using this entity for a few years. I had purchased the next exam for business associates, but it expired before I could take it. Instead of issuing a credit towards the next applicable exam, they refused to refund me. I could understand if I had failed the exam, but I never took it, and they kept my money.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY
The user interface was good and I used them for 5+ years until this past year they changed it and it's A LOT worse now. I had courses that I purchased for my staff and if I assigned it to a staff member, in the past, if that employee quit before they completed the course you could delete their profile the the course credit would go back on your master account, you can no longer gain access to those credits anymore so it's $40 bucks lost down the drain. And now they also expire at some random date after the course is assigned... they told me 60 days but my last employee only had 10 days and it's gone (use it or lose it). And their customer service is really bad. I tried to call and email, and they just keep saying "your ticket is now closed". And you can't access your employees certificates from the master login anymore, you have to log in as each employee individually. TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Good not not engaging
I found this to be a decent HIPAA training course - very traditional in it's delivery.
I think it could be more innovative however. It's refreshing to see organizations using proper training solutions now.
