I had a great experience meeting with Beth to design my wedding ring at the St Albans branch. I had been nervous about going bespoke because I had a budget of around £2k which felt quite small, but going to HK was great. We discussed my ideas and options that stayed with if my budget while managing to incorporate my choices of gold, coloured diamonds and engraving to create something really beautiful, unique and telling a story about my heritage and my tastes that I’m so happy with. If you’re planning to wear a piece of jewellery for the rest of your life then I’d recommend coming to Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery. The appointment there was relaxed, realistic and didn’t push me beyond my budget and I came away knowing I had a great ring that included everything I wanted

What a fabulous place, so helpful, patient and understanding. Abigail went to great lengths to draw up my perfect ring.
Abi kept in regular contact with me and the day I collected the ring I was overcome by how beautiful it was as well as the quality of the finished article. Abi made the whole thing a personal and memorable experience.

We got both engagement and wedding rings from HK and both were absolutely perfect, exactly what we had asked for. The team really do their best to look after you and provide a really unique and personal service, sitting down with you to help you design how you want your jewellery to look. The only place I’d go now for any future jewellery needs!

I am so happy with my bespoke piece designed by Alice from Harriet Kelsall. Alice was so kind and considerate throughout the whole process - she designed a beautiful ring with such care. I inherited some existing jewels that I wanted to create into a new piece and Alice took the brief and created something that I absolutely adore! Would recommend to anyone who is looking to create something unique and wants existing pieces treated with care.

My mother sadly passed away last year so i decided to have her wedding and engagement rings remade into necklaces for myself, sister and daughters. Alec was brilliant, he took on board my ideas and made some beautiful necklaces that we will always treasure. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My fiancé and I had the most incredible experience with Deborah at Harriet Kelsall – Primrose Hill. We were looking for wedding rings and Deborah went above and beyond to deliver us the perfect wedding bands. Deborah explained everything to us so clearly, guided us with everything including budget/time expectations and designed such beautiful rings for us both. The communication and level of service were fantastic, and we felt in safe hands the whole way through. Dani was also so helpful. We are so pleased with both the rings. She was incredible throughout the whole process, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for and turning that into something even better than I had imagined.

The design consultation was excellent and the team really understood our vision of what we were looking for. The CAD designers and craftspeople then turned this into an amazing product that fit and exceeded our brief. Great transparency around communication, timing and costs throughout with great customer service.

I visited Harriet Kelsall recently for a re sizing on one ring and rework design of another. The studio is bright and airy and a very different experience to the High Street. You don't feel rushed in browsing or choosing designs/stones, they take their time to make sure you are completely happy going forward. Thank you Alice for looking after us!

I am delighted with the beautiful ring designed by Alice at Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery. Created using my own gold and gemstones from inherited jewellery no longer fit for purpose, it is a bombe-style ring engraved with oak leaves and acorns inspired by the premise of my new romantasy book Healing Fire. Alice listened to my idea and interpreted it in a stunning and personal design I love.

The whole experience - from the first consultation to the design of our ring, was such a positive one. Emily brought the ring I imagined to life, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s a unique, one of a kind design that I know I won’t see on anyone else! I was made to feel very welcome by Alice, and her expertise in jewellery design helped me remodel my heirloom jewellery into two ring's that I had always dreamed of. The customer service was excellent and I was kept up to date of the progress of the work all of which was delivered on time and as promised. I approached Harriet Kelsall in Cambridge for a bespoke engagement ring. I went in to look at the examples in the store, where I could see a wide range of stones and styles. The staff were very helpful and showed me a range of items, and they also showed me additional items they did not keep on the shop floor. I then made an appointment for the following week for a consultation with Abi to design a ring. Abi was extremely patient and presented many different ideas based on what I wanted. She also sketched all of these ideas in front of me and presented different options to cover a range of budgets. She then let me go away to think about the different ideas. I appreciated that the team were not pushy nor did they contact me frequently to push for the sale, which other jewellers did. After a few a weeks I got back in touch to request to see some specific stones and Abi showed me a range of stones, and again she presented different options in terms of style and budget. I did make the final decision and the ring was ready in around 2 months. The ring was better than I imagined and my partner was over the moon with it! I did get the size wrong, so we got the ring resized free of charge and it was ready in less than 2 weeks. I am grateful to Abi and the team for all of their help and would recommend the team for anyone looking for bespoke jewellery. Thank you!

We approached Harriet Kelsall to redesign my engagement/eternity ring into one and to re-size my husbands wedding ring with the gold from the original and old one (which he had lost and then re found few years later - long story). We met Niru and she has been amazing in terms of the design and keeping us in the loop. The goldsmiths (Maisie and Rachel) did a fantastic job and we are delighted with the end results which we picked up today. Thank you - the re-design was long over due but in time for our 30th wedding anniversary later this year!

Absolutely amazing ring by their designers, talked to me about the design the whole way through. Their vare package explains who everyone was that was involved and it really added a story behind the ring.
