Placed an order, after a week it was still showing as pending so I called to find out what was happening. I was told I would be called back in 5 mins, no call came.
I called again the next day and was told it was that the payment had failed. I asked if the order could be cancelled as I would need to use a different delivery address due to the delay. I was told it would be and I would receive an email confirming the cancellation. It's been 3 days and no email has been received. All in all, shop elsewhere as when there is any problems they are awful at sorting it out

After some initial delivery difficulties (not sellers fault!) Jason provided amazing customer service. He was thoughtful, friendly and went above and beyond to find a solution to ensure my mother-in-law received her birthday present. I was so thankful to him and the care and effort he went to, to ensure a happy customer! Seriously, great job. Thank you.

After an initial problem with stock Jason took over and ensured I received my item in time for my holiday

Lovely shop these units are not as small as they appear. We popped in at the weekend for a look some stunning clothes, great quality. A nice selection of other things like accessories. I am a Joe Brown fan a small selection however the owner was lovely and can order in if there is something you have seen. They can also get Joe Browns mens. A great addition to whilton locks .

5 stars for customer service. Jason should hold seminars on how to treat customers. For that reason alone, I would be a return customer. The item i purchased was lovely but not right for me but I got a prompt refund.

First time using this firm and very impressed. Customer service answered my email question speedily and in a fruendly manner, then shopping trolley arrived in a couple of days in perfect condition and ready assembled.

When I thought I had a problem Jason resolved it without any fuss and delivered a first class service .
Based on my personal experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I ordered a Rolser shopping cart from this online site as it was a good price and their site was easy to use. Delivery was quick and efficient, however when I saw the colour (wine, which wasn't the burgundy I hoped) I contacted them to see if I could change it (it was box opened but still sealed in plastic), and they were very responsive and happy to let me swap to a colour in stock (black), and even shipped it quickly so it could still arrive before xmas.
These days, when no-one seems to care, its refreshing to encounter companies that go the extra mile.

With regards to the Rolser Plegmatic I ordered, wow, should have bought one years ago to save my back carrying shopping, but also cool enough to not look like a grandparent (no offense to all grandparents of course - in fact they should get one too)
