Good website, easy to find the things I was looking for and at decent prices.
Staff in the Belfast store are always friendly and helpful.

I really loved the depth of the items that the store has in stock .i bought vinyls cds and posters and some funko pops loads of stock and choices of items

Ordered 4 pops. 2 were damaged during packing. Phoned customer services to reserve replacements in store. Exchanged in store. Whole process was easy. Staff on phone and in store very helpful and pleasant.

All staff who served me in different departments and looking for items for me were polite friendly helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble and got everything I wanted and i ordered other items and got everything within a few days hmv staff have always being courteous through the years to me I have never had a bad experience in the store in Belfast. I’ve been going to the HMV Belfast megastore for the better part of 30 years on and off. The first time was with my dad, and now with adult money I spend a ridiculous amount in here on 4K UHD Blu-ray DVDs. The staff are always super helpful, especially the girls from TikTok who are doing the company proud with their advertising.

I’d be lost without this store. It’s sad how the shop floor has shrunk to the back corner now, and the 4K UHD area can be a bit tricky to find what you want as it’s not really in alphabetical order. Still, I love this place it’s my second home on payday.

Belfast has not got many good shops this is the most excellent as bill and ted would say.

When I am looking for certain titles in store, I have found the staff to be very helpful.

The young man was excellent, looked interested and was friendly and explained everything well, will definitely be back, even my younger daughter was impressed. Our visit was the 20th of September

A very helpful young man checked and ordered 2 dvds that I was looking for. I did not expect it to be so easy, they were ordered and delivered to my door as I would not be in Belfast again anytime soon.

Consistently excellent service via delivery as well as in-store. Prices are competitive & product availability high, with adequate pre-order offerings. Web site is robust. The cart can quickly handle international banking for all globetrotters. Hassle-free pay options are actually quite significant. Many UK merchants offer a vintage checkout, fine-tuned to suck 2 hours of your life into a brain-melting, infinite loop of doom. Thank you, HMV, for always sparing me from the void. Store's nice, too.

Purchased the Kinks Kontroversy online in the sale with a 50% discount. On collecting I also picked up Something Else by the Kinks for £16.99. Great price for two Great Kinks albums.

Great service. Collected a couple of preordered albums. Then discovered the 3rd floor bookstore. That was something else. Soft lighting, beautiful books. Wonderful.
