Ordered the new Paul McCartney Lp and it was there to collect as the e mail stated,
Staff in store was polite and on the ball to make sure I had everything I needed.
HMV staff at the bullring are welcoming and so helpful.

Went to the office store for the Robyn album signing they managed to queue perfectly and handle the customers even though the artist was running late communication was effective and the security staff were friendly and checked in on everybody
