I'll be back!!
I am a fairly frequent visitor to HMV in Newbury, as I prefer to support the high street rather than a certain on-line retailer if I can. Once again a great experience. Easy ordering in-store, speedy delivery to store and quick pick up. The staff are always polite and friendly (in this case I was served by Jena and Martin). In the words of a certain Mr Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back"!!

I always find the staff helpful and very friendly at the Newbury branch. 1 of the CD's I was after was in stock, had to order the other one. which arrived a few days later.

Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble to help me find what I wanted.
Even more help was offered when I had to return and exchange for a different cd.

I wanted headphones my son which…
I wanted headphones for my son which actually wasn’t in store, the staff ordered it for me and it was there in a few days. They were very helpful and chatty, which I liked.
