Was really impressed with their service and paperwork side of things too so will definitely try them first next time we go.

Ive just returned from tenerife south ,staying at sandos san blas,booked through holidaynights and i would absolutely use holidaynights again.
the all inclusive deal was fantastic value and the hotelall inclusive was 5star all the way-great hotal,terrific food,beautiful layout with masses of activities(or not if you just want to lay back!)
no need to get up early to get a lounger here.

Forget the comparison sites go to Holidaynights!
I was looking to book a short break away for Valentines day and spent hours searching comparison sites for great deals but couldn't really find a good Hotel for the money I wanted to pay. I then saw Holidaynights in my favourites and thought I would have a browse, the saying "you never know" came to mind. I couldn't believe it when quality Hotels came up cheaper than all the comparison sites and the extras they offered beat the competition hands down! The site was very easy to navigate and once booked the Hotel vouchers and vouchers for transfers came all most instantly.

I've used Holiday Nights several times now to book my annual accommodation and they are deal with things smoothly & efficiently.
My only point is that i think it needs to be clearer whether airport transfers are included or not.

Prior to my recent holiday in Tenerife, I contacted your office for some help. I wanted to add an additional passenger to our booking and was left dumfounded by the lack of customer service I received from your company. I have booked through holiday nights many times over the last few years, all straightforward with no queries etc. This is the first time I ever had to come back to you for anything and It worries me that if that is the level of service I get prior to my holiday, what would happen if there was a problem when I actually arrived at my destination ?? I have no lost all confidence in your company and do not plan to make any further bookings through yourself because of this.

Thank you again for your response and ignoring my questions and request for a member of your management team to get in touch with me (3rd time now)
I have since contacted the Hotel in Tenerife myself who have confirmed that there is no problem what so ever adding a 3rd person to one of the rooms booked and my friend will be booking with the hotel direct, as it seem pretty obvious you are not interested in helping us or taking our money. (something I am pretty sure your sales manager will not be happy about)
To be honest I am quite frankly shocked at the level of customer service I have received from yourselves and can assure you I will not be booking any future accommodations through yourselves.

1. You did not answer the point in which I asked, did you actually speak to the hotel?
2. I did not ask for another room to be booked only to add a 3rd person into one of the existing rooms that have already been booked and paid for and a cost for this. (all rooms can hold up to 3 guests)

Great value in the hotel market
I search long and hard for the best deal in hotels on the internet. Holiday nights consistently come up the cheapest. The booking process is clear and straight forward. I have never had any issue to use their customer service so I am unable to comment on that, but that should say something also. Will certainly use again.
Would recommend Holiday nights to a friend - great company
I stayed at the Elba Sara in Fuerteventura 1 month ago with two friends for a short break and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel was very sufficient, clean etc and had plenty to do. We got a cheap deal with Holiday nights so there wasn't anything to complain about really- a great short break!

Lanzarote is not grotty!!!!!
Just got back from Lanzarote which was really relaxing...the National park in the middle of the island is like being on the moon - would highly recommend - plus they have a great wine region nearby.
Stayed at Villa Blancas just outside Playa Blanca which were perfect for me and the family, really want to go back!
