Amy has such a wealth of knowledge of so many destinations and comes up with options that you dont always think about. Goes above and beyond to find the right flights and airport to maximise and make the most of the time away. Amys enthuisiasm for the places your going to and her recommendations just takes all the stress out of worrying about whether youve picked the right destination as you feel confident about the place before you even get there. excellent service.

I had a very positive experience with Sarah Lake when deciding which hotel to book for a short, solo Christmas break in Mauritius. Sarah insisted on speaking to me before she would suggest a location or hotel and she is exceptionally knowledgeable about Mauritius and it's hotels. I would highly recommend contacting Sarah and taking advantage of her experience.

Amazing family holiday
Andy was amazing with picking us the right holiday to Lapland with the brief I gave him, the Tundrea resort was perfect in every way and not over commercialised or crowded, which made the trip even more special. his attention to detail and communication throughout has been great. I highly recommend Andy and holidays please. We will definitely be booking through Andy again.

Holiday to USA & Canada
Rebecca was excellent when dealing with booking our American/Canada trip. She offered us a number of suitable alternatives of where to stay, she also arranged good times to travel by train from city to city and also with the flight times to and from the UK. Rebecca was not put out when we altered our plans of where to visit but carried out the re-routed excellently.

This was the third time we have booked…
This was the third time we have booked a high value holiday with Holidays Please, having always had such a great experience with Susan Pentelow. Sadly, after Susan’s departure in January our experience has not been what we were expecting. When Florida was hit by two hurricanes three weeks before our departure, with our hotel being badly damaged, the support and help received from Holidays Please was extremely poor. The lack of enthusiasm to help us rescue the situation was painful, and eventually we just had to do everything ourselves. Very disappointing. I will not been using Holidays Please for any future holidays.
