Brand new to Hollywood browzer, received my order today and something wasn’t quite right. I emailed and the service was 150% perfect. Quick and polite response and actioned so promptly I didn’t even have time to blink! I can’t wait to try this product because if it’s as good as it’s customer service team, I’m on to a winner.

I received this because with lock down I couldn't get to beauticians I find it great and my chin smooth with it would recommend it

Fab product. I’ve tried others but this is the easiest abs the fastest. Hair does NOT come back darker or thicker. Don’t be scared to try it. I’ve just ordered my 5 3rd duo and I’ve also ordered an eyebrow tool as well. The customer service was fab as I wasn’t sure if my order went through as my battery died! I emailed and then they replied quickly and had the order and the transaction went smoothly. Very happy 😃

This makes my personal beauty routine easy and a lot less expensive and painful than threading! It does what it says, I am converted to “do it yourself” and am very impressed by their customer service-order was promptly dealt with, was delayed in Christmas post, and a replacement was sent immediately. Shanel was incredibly helpful and professional.

Service was great and delivery was quick (even ordering over Christmas) only used once so far but super impressed as its so easy to use! So far I haven't had any regrowth and I used about 4 days ago now. Im really hoping this is the answer to my moustache that I've been looking for!!

Accidentally wrote the wrong address on my order and contacting customer care to change it was a breeze ! They were friendly and quick and had it changed in no time.

Emailed customer service with an issue with my delivery. Sorted very quickly and replacement was sent. Customer satisfaction is very key to them. Will use again.

This has left my skin in pain I won’t use again it’s so sore after use and bumps on my face. Maybe it’s just not a good product for me but it is a uncomfortable feeling

Hollywood Browser. I saw an advert for this product & thought I would give it a try. Really excellent service & speedy delivery. I was amazed how easy the browser is to use & shocked just how much fine facial hair I had. Make up sits beautifully on my skin after using. Zero pain, no redness & very easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
