After debating whether to splurge on one of these mirrors for a while, I then made the mistake of ordering without looking closely at their returns policy, as their website states 'No fuss 60 day risk free returns on all purchases.'

Unfortunately I thought the mirror looked a bit cheap, there were a couple of minor scratches on the frame, and the light wasn't very bright.

When I looked into returning it, I found there was definitely fuss and risk involved! Had to arrange the delivery myself, had to buy specific packing tape, and it turns out you can't insure mirrors for delivery, so there was the risk of it arriving damaged. Ended up costing me £20 to return it. On the plus side, the refund was processed very quickly once the mirror had arrived.

Ultimately it was my fault for not looking more closely at the T&C's, and I've learnt my lesson!

This is my 4th purchase from Hollywood mirrors and the process is as smooth as always. The communication from Justine and professionalism is great as always and the delivery was on time.
I'd highly recommend this company for it's dedication to its customers and recommend to anyone.

Fabulous product, good price and just what I was looking for

The mirror is lovely and looks great in its spot. Delivery was one day late - DPD. One bulb cover was detached which was fixable.

Description not as helpful as it could be re the power lead. I assumed from the description on another one that the plug would detach from the lead but it did not making it hard to sort as I have a narrow gap in my bedroom unit. In addition description was misleading re the bulbs. On others it says bulbs are not replaceable. On the one I bought it states G60 LED’s but when it came they were non replaceable.

Very disappointed with this companies response to the issue of replacement light bulbs for my Hollywood Mirror. Replacement bulbs are only available direct from them (out of stock now for 3 months) and not from any other retailer. Firstly, they tried to tell me that they design the bulbs but on further investigation I discovered these bulbs are commenly used in North America and not available in the UK. Every email I have sent has be poorly answered plus they have taken over a week to reply. They have danced around my questions and when I have asked for my complaint to be forwarded to a Manager I did not received a reply. It has truly spelt out to me that once you have a problem they do not want to know. UK regulations state "Under UK regulations, it is generally illegal to sell new light fittings (containing products) where the light sources cannot be replaced, or if the bulbs themselves are banned, unless they fall under specific exemptions. Retailers must ensure bulbs in fixtures can be replaced with commonly available ones". They have advised there is no regulation with regard to replacement bulbs! I am now stuck with an expensive mirror fit for the tip as only two bulbs working. Disgraceful money grabbing company.

Update: Wow the quickest reply ever once on Trustpilot. It is more than frustrating that bulbs are not available from any other source but yours and it certainly reflects the fact that their is regulation that states you must be able to obtain replacement bulbs from a common source. You knowingly sold this mirror with no indication that bulbs would only be available from yourselves (against the law). You have had no empathy for the situation and the best you can say is the bulbs are temporility out of stock (last FIVE months). In the first reply I received eventually your staff advised you designed the bulbs which is laughable. You knowingly sold Hollywood mirrors which you knew replacement bulbs could not be obtained other than from yourselves for £45 at the least or if you live in North America.

2nd Update
With reference to your reply. It is irrelavent when my purchase was made. Replacement bulbs are not "commonly available from any retailers". These bulbs are only available from you (or North America) which have been out of stock for months. I would like to be able to purchase bulbs from any retailer when needed not solely from yourselves with a minimum order of 10 for £45. Hollywood mirrors should not be sold when you cannot replace the bulbs from a common source.

Update: Bulbs via your company have been out of stock for FIVE MONTHS. It is not acceptable to own a mirror operating with 4 bulbs for five months without being able to purchase replacement bulbs.

The mirror was great it was just I ordered the wrong colour! Easy to return. Although quite expensive! Prompt service and refund

Great Product and arrived really quickly

Bought a mirror for my daughter and it was faulty, after sending a few emails and a video they sent out a replacement. Works amazing. Great customers service from Justine.
