Shocked I can’t believe how they have let me leave the salon! Still sprayed nail polish on my fingers , dirty , thick and messy!

I told the main lady next time could they make it thinner as they really thick and straight she told me …. Well next time maybe you go somewhere else because we can’t make you happy!! So I have just paid £40 just to walk down the road and pay more money to fix it!!

I went to a different Salon to fix it and they looked at my nails and thought I’d left with unfinished nails!! She didn’t even clean the gel polish off my skin when she cured my nails so the other place struggled to get that off too!!!

Can’t believe it!!!! Dam aweful!!

I had such a great experience at Hollywood Nails. I especially want to thank Henry for making the visit so enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, Henry was incredibly welcoming, personable, and professional. You can tell he genuinely knows his field inside and out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us really helpful advice, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choices rather than rushing us.

His attention to detail, knowledge, and friendly attitude really stood out and made the whole experience feel personal. It's rare to come across someone who is not only highly skilled but also so approachable and passionate about what they do.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience has convinced me not to return.

On the very day of my birthday, I visited for a gel pedicure and was quoted **£30 for gel toes** and **£8 for my hands** before the service began. When I went to pay, the total was suddenly **£45**. After I queried it, the price changed to **£34 + £8**, and then I was told it was **£42**. No one could give me a clear explanation as to why the price kept changing, with staff repeatedly checking prices with one another. As a customer, it left me feeling confused and misled.

The service itself also felt rushed. Questions were treated as though they were an inconvenience, and I felt more like I was being processed than looked after. At one point the technician was moving my feet and legs so abruptly that I had to ask him to be gentler. To his credit, he did honour my request once I spoke up, but I shouldn't have felt the need to ask in the first place.

After leaving, I returned to the salon because I wanted to act according to my own values. I paid the additional £2, despite believing I had been quoted a different price before the service. I explained that I had been told £30 for my toes and £8 for my hands. There was no explanation, apology or acknowledgement—just silence.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that this isn't an isolated experience. I had a negative experience here on my birthday last year too, when a technician was rude, unhelpful and insulting. I spoke to the technician I had built a rapport with about it at the time, and although she apologised, nothing appeared to change.

Customer service is about more than the finished nails. It's about feeling welcomed, respected and confident that the price you've been quoted is the price you'll pay. Sadly, after two disappointing experiences, I've decided I won't be returning.

This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. Communication has been extremely difficult, as they do not speak English clearly. It seems they do not understand the issue, and I have been going back and forth with them for over a week with no resolution.

If you do not want trouble, stay away, this is not worth it. There are plenty of other suppliers available.

This is THE BEST nail supply store you’ll find in London, I’ve been to plenty others and found Hollywood nails supply on Tik Tok, this place is definitely one of my favourites by far now.

They have everything ranging from Nail Clippers to Acrylic powders and more, I was assisted by Henry he was super helpful super informative, very friendly and honestly made it the best experience ever !

I will definitely be a regular from now on.

Nails were two different shades so she had to redo one foot she then started shouting across to the other girl in another language in an aggressive tone obviously talking about me and annoyed. I came home and checked my feet properly and they were cracked and nail polish all over my other toes not professional at all

Would never return. Were 30 mins late. Did fake nails instead of acrylics. Shaping was wrong. Colour was wrong. Substandard work at its best. Would never return.

I wish I could give this place no stars but I have to give them 1. My nails are absolutely terrible. I had to come here due to my nail tech having no appointments left. My nails are awful and 40 pounds is obscene to say this is a run down Chinese salon. I can’t attach photos however my nails were disgusting and when they were filling it was so painful and my nails are bleeding and red. Who trained these imbeciles.

If I could give zero, I would.
The customer service and products are shocking. After contacting them due to a faulty product, they asked for a photograph of the colour on my nail. I sent this over three weeks ago and have received no contact. I ordered a burnt orange and received a dark brown nail varnish and neon orange gel colour.
Avoid at all costs!

These guys are the best nail suppliers I have ever used. They are really knowledgeable about their products, everything is really well priced, their delivery times are perfect.
If you ever have to speak to any of the team they are really friendly and helpful.
If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fake OPI product from this site. Be aware!

I thought it was normal. But then I compared it with all other OPI Gel polish, I could make sure the product they sold is fake.

Three times I’ve ordered and I won’t be ordering again. I ordered the K beauty 4 in 1 pedi boxes as seen online in a box, I paid £6.95 delivery, when they arrived they were in the tiniest box possible and to my shock they had taken the sachet products out of the bag and put an elastic band around the 4 sachets and then crammed the 7 sets into a tiny box! I am fuming 😡 these are for display in my salon. I’ve sent two emails this week and no response to either email. I won’t be ordering again I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Disgraceful

The staff are so great very friendly everyone of them Sarah is so lovely she cheers us up our nails are always perfect wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else

application really hurt and was rough. didn't put cuticle oil round the nails and the design wasn't symmetrical

AVOID! I buy some stuff from here via their website. The electronic stuff (nail signs) show signs of breakage after about 3 months. They exchanged the sign for me but I had to bring it back which was a massive waste of time on my day off. Most recently I purchased Nail pro gel base and top coat 500ml each bottle. When I opened them, both appears to have about 2/3 left. I called and was told I’d get a call back after they’ve spoken to the wholesaler and no one called. So I called in the evening and was told to sympathise since they’ve bought the products from someone else. This is not my problem. I asked if they could send out a smaller bottle of each to make up for the missing amount but was told either to bring or send back the bottles and get a refund. Both would waste my time and money as they would not refund my postage cost.

Poor communication!
Promised a refund for taxes which I paid twice due to their website!! Promised a refund of the tax which I should not have paid which they have not done!! Not answering on WhatsApp anymore, just ignoring my massages!

So if you purchase from Europe be aware of the taxes!!

Everything has always arrived well, only marked down one because I have had four gels that have gone off/exploded out of the bottle and are not usable

It's great the customer service and they are very efficient with the deliveries!
