This is the first time I have used Home Brew Online and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who makes their own beer and wine. They have a really good range of equipment and ingredients and the prices are very reasonable. One of the items I wanted was out of stock but they emailed me as soon as it had come back in. The delivery was super-quick which surprised me as so many things I've ordered recently from other places have taken a long time to arrive. Thank you Home Brew Online for keeping going so efficiently during these difficult times.

Excellent service and products. I ordered the wine kits on Thursday at 10.30 am and received them on the Friday at 11.00 am. I will be buying more kits in the future from Home Brew Online.

Ordered a home brew kit and was delivered promptly and in good condition
In the kit delivered there was a hydrometer missing so I emailed robin about the missing item and another one was sent out immediately

My husband has been using this company for quite a few years BUT never again, the lady on the phone was really rude and after placing our order find out we can no longer have delivery to work unless we pay for delivery not just purchase enough to qualify for the free delivery offer, so now going to struggle to get the delivery but she was totally unhelpful buyer beware!!

I placed my first - and very modest - order on Sunday. It arrived on Tuesday morning. Service doesn't get any better than this. I'll be back!

Top quality items and service. There was some caps missing from an order 15 days ago. Messaged customer services and they posted the missing caps out first class. Cant beat the customer service these guys give

Placed several orders now with homebrew online, the service is superb and the delivery service excellent, every delivery placed has arrived next day including my latest order placed yesterday and arrived 9.15 this morning. Also well worth watching their YouTube videos, I've learned a lot from them.

These people continue to lie. The most aggressive I got was to ask why do they refuse to answer my question. Which was Why can I not collect this from the sorting office? The statement that I was aggressive is rude, slanderous and I wish it to be removed without further delay. I would encourage them to forward their recording of our conversation to the police without further delay as they have threatened to allow for a balanced review of the said conversation. Lies are not a substitute for poor service. As a regular customer I would have until now said that they offered good value. My current assessment is that they are simply cheap.

Would highly recommend. Received my order within 48 hours and when I contacted them asking for advice the person I spoke to was both courteous and very knowledgeable.

I recently found out I had a faulty item. So I called them and they were understanding and apologised. They replaced the faulty item without question and posted out by 24hr post.
