Quick service. Patient young man when I couldn’t find my order number!

I recently ordered some home improvement items from Homebase, and I must say, I was quite chuffed with the overall experience. The website offered a splendid range of products, from interior paint and lighting to garden storage and tools, making it an absolute doddle to find everything I needed for my projects. I was particularly taken with their furniture selection, as well as the seasonal Christmas items that added a marvellous festive touch to my home. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was prompt and well-organised. While I did notice some areas, like insulation options, could use a bit more variety, I definitely appreciated the frequent clearance sales that offered cracking value for money. All in all, Homebase proved to be a reliable choice for my shopping needs.

My order was ready quickly. The young man at the click and collect desk was extremely
helpful. His customer service was excellent. He helped me out to the car with my bulky purchase for which I was very grateful.

We were given a delivery time of 9.30am on the delivery day.
The van turned up at 7am!
Driver was brusk.
this was inconvenient and the flat neighbours complained re the noise disturbance at such an early time

Really easy to order and kept informed of delivery time which was delivered at the stated time .

Kitchen customer service is very bad.Narinder is not helpful at all when you have issues with your orders.she made many mistakes when ordering your items.sent wrong item on delivery. Even replacement orders,are wrong.invoicing is incomplete and unclear. Asked for explanation of incomplete bill got no response. And many more issues. Do not recommend this company. They also overcharged you saying its 50% off.total scam.hope manager sees this feedback and give me some help

Wanted to write a review about Adam….his customer service skills are excellent…chatty,friendly informative and knew exactly what he was doing….amazing experience in Homebase this evening….Adam is a credit to the store!

Costumer service are the best.... but the prices are double the price from the other shops....

Goods arrived damaged. Took them to our nearest Homebase store,where the assistant was extremely helpful. we received our money back and if they had had delivery of their Xmas stock would have replaced it there and then.

Great timing and communication.
The store had an annoying assistance button at the collection desk. It gave an irritating message every 10 seconds - something like " One of our colleagues will be with you shortly!". I didn't have long to wait and I could see that someone was coming. It actually made me feel worse at the counter than if it hadn't said anything at all!
