The worst return process and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely awful! After 30 emails back and forth, they kept refusing to speak to me because my PayPal address was different. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they simply said, “Sorry, you can’t return it.” It has been an unbelievably frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs!

Just crap..... no stock levels included

Homebase in Chester offers a mostly great service. Collection is straightforward with a dedicated desk, and the kitchen department, especially Jamie, is commendable. There’s consistent communication regarding deliveries, and the exchange process is smooth. However, delivery times can occasionally be delayed, as experienced when an item was still awaited in-store past the promised date. Overall, a recommended place with room for improvement in delivery consistency.

Apparently should have been delivered by Saturday 14th September, still hasn’t been delivered and it’s the 20th today.

Responding to the reply- I came to the store all the way from Warrington to collect this item on Wednesday 18th and was told it had still not arrived in the store…

First, the item I wanted was in stock and 50% off, plus CS advised me to go online to do a Click @ Collect saved an extra 10%!
Very helpful, heavy object so kindly took it out to our van

Excellent service 2 of the goods arrived perfectly packaged and in good order. One of the goods a small table was damaged and the package was open. I returned it to the store the assistant was helpful and she gave me a refund. So very happy overall.

Delivery to store did not happen within published timeframe. Box was damp when collected.
