Easy online ordering process and item was ready to collect in alloted time

My parcel was lost but Sharon from the Godalming store found it and called me to let me know she had it for safe keeping in her office. Really helpful. Plus Ganesh online was helpful too.

Jenn responded to all my requests and deftly added them to my kitchen design when I changed anything or wanted to update it. She figured out my budget and what was and wasn’t important to include, and stuck to it. The care and attention to detail, complete with a friendly and approachable attitude made my experience so enjoyable.
The carpenter installing the kitchen was very impressed with the quality of the materials and the ease of build.

I ordered a bulky and large item - a wheelbarrow. After reading the reviews which helped to make a choice, I sent in an order. Delivery the very next day , barrow on the doorstep - a lovely surprise for my husband. Item perfect with no problems - thank you very much for such good service!

Click and collect excellent ,item was ready in an hour as promised .

I used click and collect to buy some bags of manure for my allotment. These were brought out as soon as I arrived at the store and the staff member took them to my car and even lifted them into the boot. I am 69 years of age so I very much appreciated the help.

We had a great experience choosing new bedroom furniture in Homebase, we came in right as they were closing but the staff were unfazed and all still really attentive, especially a worker called Grace, she was a star and helped us while trying to locate the correct flatpack! Thanks Grace and thanks guys for going the extra mile even after closing hours!

Order was ready on time and goods were as expected when we picked them up.

Great price & great service

Collected big boxes but had no idea they didn’t all stack into each other so took me 3 trips. Big shout out to Frankie & Kelly from Godalming branch as they helped me carry them out and then they helped me arrange them in the car! They went above and beyond as I was feeling a little stressed as had a blood test to go to so couldn’t think straight but they took control and we managed to squeeze 6 of the 64L in my car each time!

i had such a helpfull and friendly member of staff called Phil help me with paint mixing when i got tester pots id so recomend coming to homebase

When collecting my click and collect I showed the member of staff the text and said I had come to collect something his reply” what’s this I don’t want a number, what’s the name and what is it your getting I can’t deal with people who can’t shop the normal way” I mean if you offer a service I don’t think it’s not normal to use it. The member of staff was extremely rude and should not be working with people with this attitude I won’t be shopping with you again

I had the very good fortune to shop at Homebase in Godalming today for flowers and plants. Lucky for me, Kelly works there and I noticed the exceptional display of flowers and plants. When I asked Kelly some questions on the suitability of some of the plants for my garden, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kelly even gave me help when choosing a plant for my brother's birthday present.
