Great shop, staff and service - pity it is unsustainable and will likely go into administration.

Another good visit very helpful and friendly staff got what we went in for. And when leaving Theresa was great asked if we got what we wanted and have a good rest of our day. Lovely staff experience all round thank you.

I bought a couple of bathroom paint on Monday. After looking online for a few hour to pick up whats best for me I went to the shop in Oldbury.
One gentlemen explain to me where to find the particular paint I am looking for and then Sam showed her great customer and friendly skills on the till.
Keep the good work Homebase team, Oldbury.

Excellent customer service greeted with care and friendliness

Great inflatable t rex 6ft dinosaur for Christmas tried to get one last year but sold out. An email came to say this year he is back in stock got one straight away at £25.00 bargain.

The team at the store are helpful and make the experience engaging and knowledgeable. Theresa always provides a warm and friendly atmosphere to talk generally or about products. She is always welcoming and willing to help

My experience was great as my toddler had unfortunately had an accident in store and I wanted to clean up. Two lovely ladies assisted me and took care of it for me, they were so kind and understanding.
The following day I needed to return some paint as I had received the wrong one. They remembered me and exchanged my paint without any additional charge.
The store manager, Kev/Kevin, Kerry and Rajdeep were lovely and I like to thank them for being so caring and offering 5 star customer treatment

Visited your store on Saturday was served by Kerry. Very friendly professional and puts you at ease. Kerry listened to my questions and gave me the information I needed and more .
She went above and beyond for me and I was very happy with the service . Kerry is a credit to your company as it is not very often you get great service nowadays . Thank you

Excellent service, great price and a really beautiful Christmas tree.

Warm, engaging, expert advice - garden area.
I was very fortunate to be approached by a member of staff (Karen) when I was dithering on which plants to purchase and what goes together. She gently but expertly made sensible but enlightening suggestions with different options.
This was truly a first for me at any garden section - I really wish they were all able to offer such a service.
It was not about pushing sales - but genuinely helping the customer to reach an informed decision.
I witnessed this lovely approachable lady then go on to assist another customer by providing advice and reassurance in just the same way.
What a treasure of a find - I will definitely be returning.

Easy visit, smiley staff. I bought 5 plants, left my bags in the car and Kerry offered if i’d like a box to carry them. Kerry was friendly and was happy to serve :)

We went into the shop to get advice about a new kitchen. We had a limited budget and were expecting not to be able to afford anything! We were pleasantly surprised that they had kitchens within our budget. An extremely helpful and lovely staff member, Suzie spent ages going through all our measurements and pictures, helping us to make the choices we needed.
