Clearly, the store is dying a slow death, so they have decided to make money by imposing strict penalties on drivers who park slightly out of the bay! So do be mindful of how you park your car in a very empty car park! Otherwise, it will be an extremely expensive outing!I for sure will never shop in any Homebase branch ever again! Nothing but a thieving company!

Belinda was warm, welcoming and informative. It’s a shame Homebase are closing down 😔

We received excellent customer service from Ann Butcher when we purchased our kitchen. She was very courteous in all her dealings with us. Thank you Ann. An exemplary employee.

I found the set of plastic drawers I was looking for but the feet were missing. An assistant called Sally helped me she was very jolly and happy to assist. She took me to Belinda on the tills and explained the issue for me and Belinda served me and was just as happy to help as Sally was. Well done ladies a wonderful shopping experience 😊

There was an outstanding woman at the checkout,working With equipment that was not working correctly,and a que that was growing,and the only checkout on the tills . She handled everything,and everybody with customer service.

Confusion by staff on collection due to ‘one time customer’ and no name. Large 5litre container was in a Large cardboard box and sealed plastic bag so could not be seen.

At the customer service desk,my name is not on the list for collecting the order.However,the staff check my SMS with patience and finally got my order.I truly thanks to your staff's patience to my order.

I recently shopped in Homebase in South Ruislip where I was helped by Belinda and Sue D. They were very friendly and helpful when shopping for plants. The information and help they gave was very useful and made my shopping experience very positive. I look forward to shopping here again in the future as feel my questions and queries are looked after to ensure I am buying the right things
