My order was ready to collect very quickly after ordering.. When I arrived at the store to get my order I was served by a friendly member of staff. She was able to find my order quickly.
The whole transaction was trouble free . Well done Homebase.

Sadly 19 of the 25 tiles were found to be broken after I had taken out the first 6 good ones. The damage indicated the box had been dropped at the original warehouse, not by the courier, who used a second box and packing in between. The local Homebase gave me a refund without hesitation.

Today I went to buy logs and asked if someone could carry them to the car. The lady at the till was very kind and called for someone to do this. Within seconds George arrived and took all 5 bags to my car. He placed them carefully in the car and was extremely polite. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Really easy & straightforward to do a “Click & Collect”, which was confirmed as ready for collection within 30 minutes! Also the member of staff at the store when collecting was most pleasant, friendly, & helpful.

The very helpful George made sure I was looking in the right place for the paint I needed by brand and finish, even made sure I had the brushes and equipment I needed for the job. Very knowledgeable and helpful with a beaming smile!

Not many staff in store but kami on the till was very helpful . Found what I was looking for and had help from another lady to carry it to my car. Store was clean and tidy and I'm loving the new products in store.
