Whenever possible I use click and collect, It’s simple to order online, goods available at the store within minutes/hours to collect.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was in store choosing a new Xmas tree and decorations. Thank you for a great service!

My order was easily picked within a few minutes
I had to pass out by the tills and the lady didn't realise I'd already paid on line and collected from customer services so a little embarrassing then the alarms went off when I left store I returned but was told to ignore it and obviously the alarm went off again a second time

Thank you to the lovely Michelle for helping my Mum and me at Homebase today. She recommended us to make use of the 20% off £100 deal so that we bought a new tree we wanted and lovely ornaments to match which now feel like free! She sourced our tree we liked and was very friendly too. She deserves a Christmas bonus for sure!

Kept informed of date and time, called me to say i was the next delivery, put the furniture where i wanted

Went into the Waltham cross branch today to look for a lightbulb. Initially we walked in and walked out because I wasn’t too sure what I needed. Charlie at the checkout said bye to us even though we didn’t purchase anything. We went back to repurchase the same bulb and Charlie recommended that I get a 60w instead of a 40w. Natalie also checked for me to see if it was in stock and it was. Charlie went all the way upstairs for me to get what I needed. His and Natalie’s customer service was amazing. Genuinely made my shopping trip a lot easier and efficient. Thank you so much guys.

really helpful great advice without being pushy

Staff really helpful and friendly great girls helped put the packages in the trolly.

Great customer service by Michelle in the Garden and plants section. She was very knowledgeable and went over and above to assist. She also gave me some plant care advice and she even helped me to carry the items to my car

Laura was quick and smooth on a return for a Christmas tree refunded and helped me choose an new one.

Laura and Kirstin assisted me hiring a wet vacuum. They made my experience very pleasant and they were super helpful. It makes a changed being served by such warm friendly people.

I was served by a young lady called Brianne, she a very helpful and pointed me in the right direction to what I needed.

When I went to collect item, box was damaged and it was clear that it had been opened before and possibly used. Female at the counter said, “That is how they come”
I wasn’t happy with that response and opened the contents. There was no instructions. Requested another one from stock. Although there were four other staff at the counter talking about lunch breaks, no one offered to go and get one for me. (Was only customer at the counter)
Went upstairs to lighting and got my own item that was sealed and had not been open.

The purchase and collection process was simple and straightforward.

Such a friendly interaction. Amanda was very nice and helpful at the till.
We also asked for help on the shop floor and Clive was able to answer all our questions in great detail.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
