Beware very slow order processing
Despite their shipping info (at the time) stating they processed and shipped orders twice per week, my order was not shipped for 7 days and therefore did not arrive in time for pride. Tried calling but no answer. They’ve subsequently edited their shipping info. I suspect they’re a very small enterprise struggling to keep up with orders, but still happy to take our money. Quality so-so (HOMO label in neck sewn in VERY crooked). Sizing on cropped hoodie seems small - the neck opening is tight! I will not order from them again.

Hi Ed, Yes you’re completely right! People love buying our clothes for festivals and prides that on very rare occasions orders can take a little longer to be sent out.
You could have emailed by simply replying to your order confirmation and said your deadline and we would have been happy to help.
We don’t accept calls as the information needs to be in writing so we have a record of everything said. Customer issues cannot be dealt unless in-front of a computer and that’s rarely guaranteed.
I would like to point out that your biggest complaint is a slight delay in shipping and a wonky back neck label. Im sure most reasonable people would agree these aren't serious issues.

They ignore every need of support I've needed, it looks totally nonchalant, even giving them a chance to be better by buying again, they did not give the minimum attention, even blocked me on instagram when I tried to get in contact there. Also, the emails I sent to the one listed below were sent back to me as they do not exist. Worst service ever.

This one is actually hilarious. This customer was emailing completely made up email addresses, these email addresses have never existed and for some reason they expected us to respond to them…. Naturally as a result of not getting informed of an issue, means we cant do anything to help. Even the best customer service as limits.
He then decided to send aggressive messages on IG threatening bad reviews. We have a zero tolerance for that kind of behaviour so we rightly blocked him. We don’t respond to threats.
Our IG page isn’t a customer service account.. As far as I’m aware no established brands use it in that way.. Email us and we will always do our best to help.
Don’t bother
I ordered tank tops, shorts and other clothing for over £100. When they arrived it was clear the quality was lacking. After one wear and one hand was the fabric was already prickly. Another garment was faulty before first wear. I have made 4-5 attempts to contact customer service over about 1.5 months to get a partial refund with no response.
