Good products, packing could be better
Both orders I placed recently arrived quickly and nothing was missing. Packing for one long item was poor, though. It was shipped in a triangular box without enough packing material, and the box was crushed and open when I received it. Fortunately nothing was missing.

Not very good place to buy your Honda Parts due to Poor Customer Service
The products are OEM quality and that is the only good thing about this retailer. The customer service is extremely poor quality one. The payment method acceptance is very wired and I never heard it anywhere in the USA. Even though, you give all your proper credit card information they most of the times cannot accept your payments if it's $ 100 or more most of the times and if you use Paypal or some other platform to make the payment, it won't be successful mostly. After waiting so many days placing your order and expecting your product you may get a wired notification like they may need more verification like calling your bank with three parties like you, Honda parts now customer service and your bank to verify that this is real you making the same payment. So wired and it does not make any sense to me as far as I am concerned. And finally they will offer a very nice solution to cancel all your orders as a customer courtesy. Very shameful attitude for the people attending the payment process. Also, the shipping charged are a bit expensive too compared to other retailers. I am never going to buy any product from this retailer and very much frustrated about their overall attitude towards customers.
