One extra star for my good experience with my first purchase from them a year ago. This year, I ordered a dress from them in March. The estimated delivery date was March 30th. As of June 6, it is still not delivered. Their team refuses to issue a refund and all their email responses are several days delayed. Terrible experience and no resolution in sight. I have dozens emails with them back-and-forth. Do not buy from them.

The sheets are great at first but they do not last. I had my sheets for under 2 years and they disintegrated! After contacting The Honest Label I was told they are expected to last longer with proper care and they were passing it to their quality control team. I’m sorry if I like to wash my sheets weekly! A further response would have been nice.

I returned 3 items for 500€ of value. They said they were not going to give me a refund but that they were going to give a credit note.
I returned the items on time with certified shipping. I know they received the items but never heard about it anymore. I've written 3 times during this last 6 weeks and anything. I have no answer. They owe me 500€.

I am following Honest The Label since the very beginning, and I’ve purchased at least one piece from every season.

I bought an Honest The Label dress for my husband’s 40th birthday trip to Mykonos, and it was a total showstopper! I loved it so much that I ended up buying four or five more pieces! Hi everyone, beware of buying from Honest. The dress I bought arrived and what a regret it was to pay $290 for such low quality dress! Material is cheap and sewing is crap. Asks for a refund, but of course they already have a refund policy that does allow refunds cis they already knew people would return their their dresses! How clever to plan their policy is advance! So to everyone, do not buy from them cos you will not get a refund for band quality dresses you have every right to return. They are a scam and a rip-off!

Super scammy, if you use discount code you can’t return

Very poor quality of fabric, nothing like the photos, I got a very expensive summer dress that looks like made of wool, very thick fabric and super uncomfortable to wear, nothing like the photos, so disappointing. The worst was that when I was going to return they told me they didn’t accept returns for handmade dresses, even when the dress was a standard small, unworn and with the the tags. Never again!

They are a bad company. They send clothes to agirlwhoblooms on instagram for her birthday. After this they hurt her puppy but didn't apologised for this. After all they want the clothes back they send to siobhan. What a poor company. I have put many comments on there instagram but everything is deleted.
