Five stars. That's what this firm deserves. I dealt with Gilly who was clear and prompt as this was my first purchase of US dollars. It is worrying to forward a large chunk of money to someone on a phone and an internet site, but have no fear. The transaction was completed so quickly and the recipient in US was surprised the dollars had arrived so quickly. Keep clear of TorFX as their exchange rates were dropping when the market was rising. They thought they were dealing with a fool. Keep to Horizon.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was very nervous making such a large transaction to purchase property in Spain. The team at Horizon made this painless. Sarah and Carol in particular were very knowledgeable, professional, and calming throughout the process. Ria at Horizon was fantastic to work with. I live in the US, but Ria continued to process the transaction after hours, remaining in contact by email for every step. The exchange rate was very competitive and having made many transactions in the past with other companies, I will know be doing everything through Horizon.
