I've been using Horizon for about 5 years to transfer money from the UK to NZ, and every time I've had a better rate than the banks and other FX companies, with more immediate responses to questions and advice - a big bonus as sometimes moving big sums can be stressful! Will be using Horizon for many years to come.

I used to use our bank for forex between different currency accounts but tried Horizon Sept 23 for the first time. Have used them since and they always get first option on our exchanges - usually securing the deal at a saving to our company compared to our bank.

Anne was efficient and professional all the way through the two transactions completed. Likely will use Horizon Currency Ltd in the future.

Very easy stress free process selling euro with the very pleasant and helpful Gilly Harvey. Can’t recommend her enough . Got a super rate and she was on hand the whole time from start to end. Much better rate than the banks and really truly an easy process . Any issues with the on line account and Gilly personally handled it all. No complaints and happy to find the sterling funds transferred to my account same day as they received the euros from me . No lag . Very efficient .

Excellent service and quick call back , website was a little tricky to negotiate but agents were very helpful , unfortunately Dollar rate went down so the time I went to make a transfer so chose another provider but would consider in future cheers Shaun .

I recently set up all the compliance required with Horizon Currency Exchange
Due to Goverment regualtions the process was from my side tedious.Anne helped me through this process eventually getting approcval and being in a position to trade with them by sending money to my suppliers in the USA and EU.Anne also made sure I was getting the best rates.Her time and customer service were invaluable to me and I cant thank her enough.As always technology works but people skill mean we will bnuild long lasting working relationships with companies like this one Cheers to you Anne

Using Horizon has been the most remarkable experience - in a very good way! Like many, I chose Horizon for their highly competitive exchange rates and ability to make the process of exchanging Sterling into Euros, and then transferring it to France, as simple and painless as possible. This they did, in spades. Having exchanged around £200k and having sent £20k of it abroad, I encountered a technical headwind at the French end which meant that I was then faced with a need to repatriate the £20k and to re-exchange the lot back into stirling. An obscure (to me anyway) French rule on joint property ownership and inheritance got in the way. A stressful situation! Anne at Horizon couldn't have been more helpful, even though their more usual setup involves GBP to other currencies, she set my mind at rest and explored all the options to leave me confident that she could arrange the repatriation via various technical means to ensure I didn't then fall foul of any of the money laundering regs. More potential stress for a non-launderer! All I had to do was deal with the French end. Suffice to say that it took a couple of weeks but all was managed smoothly by Anne at the Horizon end. Anne's friendly and approachable style and ability to deal with an awkward scenario by proposing several options was really above and beyond the call. I have nothing but praise for Anne and her colleagues who made the repatriation happen. Thank you so much, Anne, for all your advice and help and for being there. Fantastic customer service. Quite the best experience I could have hoped for. I'll be back. Would I recommend Horizon.....? What do you think!
