I bought a Bridleway Ontario 100g Combo rug 5'6.

It fits lovely to my lean young Arab and was shipped promptly.
I will definitely buy again from this company as it was a very reasonable price.

Found their website due to price of a specific rug I wanted being £5 cheaper and with the offer of 10% off first order would have made it worth it.
Signed up for offer and received 1 mail to confirm email address. Didn’t receive 10% code.

Tried to buy rug on web site thinking 10% off could be driven by email address. Website didn’t work so wasn’t able to purchase, looked at reviews and was thankful.
Seems this company is to be avoided.

Bought a rug upon opening knew would not fit. Emailed to ask if could send back on two different email addresses. Have had no response. Would not use again

Disregards distance selling law and completely ignores evidenced correspondence from customers attempting to resolve/discuss. Their terms and conditions contravene distance selling law. Had to get my bank to undertake a chargeback. AVOID. When I was requested to contact the seller today (20 February) with further information I was told my review is inaccurate and will be removed yet I am not the only customer who has had an extremely negative experience with them. I sent multiple emails to the company on the days following the transaction and was completely ignored until now. I was advised by Citizens Advice to pursue a chargeback and to report to trading standards. I contacted to seller before doing this to try and resolve but still heard nothing. Until today. Why would I lie about such an experience. The chargeback was in relation to the difference between the amount I paid and the amount the seller refunded, they illegally kept an amount which they are not entitled to do under the 14 day cooling off period in line with distance selling regulations. Be warned. This seller either ignores you completely or then comes back months later and is not nice to deal with!

I ordered and paid for a dog coat it didn't arrive and after 2weeks I contacted the seller they told me it had been sent but then they received it back. It was then sent again and I received it but it was the wrong size so I returned it to the return address on the package €12.50 postage.
Horse rugs r us told me they don refund on sale items. There are plenty of good companies to buy from so avoid this one.
Please be aware they said( they don't refund on sale items),even if they send the wrong size.
