TLDR:
Great company. Love working with Ash. It just a pity HostingUK (and all ISPs I've worked with for that matter) can’t assign a dedicated account manager to help interface ignorant clients (like me) with their agents who undoubtedly need to be fastidiously technical, if perhaps sometimes a little curt. This would lubricate the interaction, help build an ongoing relationship and history with the client long term and in turn to help maintain continuity between different their agents, their different departments and necessary but sometimes indifferent interactions with third party suppliers like Fabrik or Wix for example. Right now it feels a little like one is a new client for every ticket one opens and every agent you interact with within that ticket.
I can post a longer read of this if 'Higher ups" at HUK want more detail about these thoughts and my last ticket that brought about this review.
That being said - I enjoy working with you guys.

Hi Chris I believe you might have been part of my last ticket and between you and Ash, you were actually the most helpful...from a client service point of view. If you ask him he will remember me chatting to him as I actually asked him why could he not be my "Go-to" person. You might remember it was one issue that took about 8 days to resolve, 6 different agents with additional in-house errors that came along during the ticket. In the end Ash solved it because he had the presence of mind to look back at the problem holistically rather than just assume that as we were dealing with Wix as a third party there must have been certain things that weren't your problem to solve. The error as it happened was neither my ineptitude at being a 'go-between' or Wix's, but one of your first line agents incorrectly assessing me and my inadequate techno babble whilst we were in "triage"- and not actioning the correct solution. This is where 'manager' agents with a more client facing disposition would help me flounder (and confuse you) less. With 7 domains and 4 websites and a mountain of emails accounts across them you can imagine an overseeing manager might help an ISP idiot like me quite a lot?

Order system charged card then crashed
While ordering a domain & email and paying using Apple Pay, my card was charged but the page then proceeded to hang indefinitely on "Completing Order". My order was not processed but the payment was taken. I eventually managed to complete the order on a different card (without Apple Pay), but this resulted in me being charged twice.
Live support were unable to help at all because they didn't have a support PIN, since the account was not fully created.
Quick and Helpful Answer
Despite being a longtime HostingUK user, I had forgotten the name of my email server when setting up email on a new phone. I raised a ticket and got a quick and comprehensive reply that had the problem solved in a short time. Very rapid and helpful service.
