Quick response and helpful solution on email server problem.

I received a speedy and helpful response to my request for help with my email settings. Even though I have only a basic service with them they were extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

I STUPIDLY hit the delete button on my own website. (If I worked for me I would sack me.) In a screaming panic I asked for help and in a couple of hours Shirley Jane had it back to new.
Can't ask for better than that.

I took over a website for a voluntary organisation and my technical knowledge is basic. I needed a reasonably priced email hosting provider and came across Hostinguk.net

Before deciding to use them I asked some questions of the company which were answered quickly and were helpful. This, and their competitive price, were the deciding factors in me going with them.

I needed help setting up the DNS from my Wordpress website and Hostinguk were very helpful and quick to respond.

My reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I found their website confusing. I needed my own email and password to set up my account and for billing. Then Hostinguk sent me a separate email and password to set up my email package. Then there were separate email addresses and passwords needed for each email inbox. I would prefer 1 email and password from which I can do everything, including monitoring all 17 of the email inboxes from one place for the administrator.

That aside, all email accounts are working great and the staff have been kind and patient with me.

Quick, easy, friendly, expediently-done service. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied.

I'm rarely given to writing reviews but when you experience the high level of support that Hosting UK consistently offer, I'll make an exception. Whenever I have required technical help, inevitably through issues of my own creating, I have always received a fast and personal response - giving me guidance in a clear and considered way that allows me to rectify things.
In a world where getting in touch with someone who can actually resolve issues seems to be increasingly difficult, it's reassuring to receive such excellent customer service. Thank You!

Problems with paying for domain and hosting.
Cannot get into chat because it wants a PIN, I don't have.
And so far I can only upload one file at a time; my pictures are going to take a very long time like this!

I have been with Hosting UK for over 15 years and never knowingly experienced any "Down-Time".

Prices are competitive and it's good to deal with staff whose first language appears to be English (if not, they are all seemingly as fluent in English as I, who am born and raised here).

The support team are exceptionally fast, helpful and patient, when called upon either through email correspondence, through raising a fully logged "Support Ticket", or in a one-to-one telephone conversation - which I have rarely used because written solutions and guides to any issue (almost invariably due to my own ignorance) are so much more easy to follow and/or even refer back to, if a problem later reoccurs (my memory is not what it might be).

I am most happy to recommend HostingUK (I've often done so and shall continue to recommend them, based upon experiences to date).

Customer support is top notch. We had an issue we couldn't solve from our end regarding a MSSQL server. Their experts were able to solve the problem very quickly.
