I visited the Leeds store to support my mother. We received outstanding service from start to finish. My mother was unsure about a wig but Jo was so kind, patiently bringing different styles and explaining different features.

Once we found a suitable one, she contacted the hospital to facilitate payment, altered the wig and asked her colleague to trim it, meaning my mother was able to leave the shop wearing the new wig.

All this was without an appointment and on a busy afternoon.

The colour on screen is not representative of what arrives through the post. I was very disappointed and despatch is expensive so not worth sending back. Be warned. Think twice about ordering anything. Jane

Couldn't fault the customer service and great choice of wigs - all of which were available there and then! Wonderful experience - especially in difficult circumstances. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I received a hair piece which was not right. I called natural image (hot hair) who were very good and resolved my issue with a full refund. I have bought from them before with no issues. I would buy from them again. Thanks Hot hair, Max M, lancs

I ordered a hairpiece 19th April after paying via PayPal Hothair said they had not received payment when they had after lots of text messages finally got refund as product was not even in stock Again I tried to order and again the item did not arrive on the date stated This company did not inform me I had to follow up on all occasions will never use again

I've ordered a wig 2 weeks ago and had to get in touch with customer services to get my order. Miranda responded without any apology and sent the wig. The wig arrived today and it is obviously in a old bag, so had been opened prior to my purchase . Looking at the reviews about the difficulties people have to get refunded, I feel robbed and really disappointed. I saw the same wig on Etsy which is £20 cheaper with good customer service reviews.
Won't ever use Hothair again!

I would not buy my prouducts anywhere else excellent service, quality and extremely professional in all aspects, all girls ladies you must buy from this company quality fantastic 👏 if you have any issues or concerns staff are absolutely 💯 there too sort and support excellent

I wanted to like this brand, but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with HotHair.

Firstly, for what your paying, the quality is not good. Wigs are supposed to last up to a year, but you'll be lucky if you get 6 months. And I'm talking about the upper price ranged wigs. Out of the three wigs that I purchased, only one was not faulty. However, still not great after a couple of washes, but it was too much hassle to return this one too.

Secondly, customer service. Like most of the other reviews, I was unable to get my money back through HotHair. Every time I would call they would tell me "the refund has just been processed today. I checked with PayPal to find this was not the case. I had to escalate my case to receive the refund.

There are people buying from this site with all kinds of illnesses and do not have the energy to be going through this draining experience. It's just such a shame.

Hot hair wigs are sold in many different places for different prices. The hair sheds, and look so cheap. The models and other reviews are fake and paid reviews. To top it off you cannot get a refund if your wig is lost in the mail or stolen. Therefore, you lose your wig and your money! I hate hot_hair wigs especially on Ebay! I would NOT recommend to purchase wigs, hair bundles they all shed and tangle easily. They look very very cheap no matter the cost. Your messages are unanswered by their customer service. Don't allow them to trick you out of your money like they did me. I hate this place!!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a clip in fringe which wasn't the same colour as it appeared on the website. I therefore rang the customer service number and was told to return it by special delivery, on receipt of which a new fringe would be sent out in the correct colour. The new fringe arrived soon after they had received the old one back, and a few days after that I received a cheque to cover the cost of returning the old fringe. Was very impressed with the way this was handled and wish all Customer service teams were as helpful as the one at Hot Hair.

Brought many times from this company and had excellent service, but this time they have received payment but no hair has been sent out to me and no response from my emails.
Really bad service this time, so probably my last purchase from hothair

Placed my first order this week and it arrived within a couple of days just in time for my mum's birthday. Great company to deal with on first impressions.
