They have change my payment method and I can't no more topup my credits. They only gives me cryptocurrency payment methods. I was able to reload with paypal but now, no more.

Imposible llamar a España a tfno fijo, que es donde tienen tarifa barata. Sin problemas a móvil, que cobran 10 veces más caro
Cobran desde que marcas, no desde que entra la llamada.
Es una tomadura de pelo.

I can't call hong Kong. So many times I open ticket but no one response .
Waste money. I charge €10 only for calling to hong Kong.
No customer service.

Signed up, put 10 USD on the table, tried to make a call which is always stopped after 1sec, I didn't even connect to the other side.

It only works locally. International (ex. Vietnam) call is not working (even not ringing the number) but it deducts money immediately. I DO NOT recommend!

HotVoip is the worst service, the network is too poor, there is no customer service at all if you need support. sometimes as soon it starts ringing, it will deduct you balance and there is no place to compain. I do not recommend to anyone.

Calls to Vietnam don't get through. After my complaint the reply was "We don't guarantee that calls will get through." Just avoid this provider.

I was using it since yeats. but now. i charged up with paypal 10 € and my money was not charged on the account! After contacting the service i didnt get respond. I had to do a call immidiately, so i charge up with klarna banc transfer. this money arrived at my hotvoip account so i was able to do a call.

I ask paypal to solve this problem with payment. after seconds i ve got a mail from hotvoip, why i have done this.

after this case the support empty my hotvoip account and now i have lost 20€ and they deny to give me this back. i hope paypal will take my money back so i will lose 10€.

hotvoip (betamax) became the worst company.

Worse connection I ever had. Please stay away from these provider. Cheaters. If any one wants to try, best pay through pay-pal, at least you can claim the money back if you are not happy.

i've been using them for years and never really had any issues. comes in very handy if you have to call customer support when you're abroad or someone who isn't connected to internet and is abroad.

Stay away! I created an account with 10 Euros. I was never able to use it to make a call on my IPhone. When I submitted a ticket, I got a standard response - this is a very cheap service and sometimes calls do not go through. No attempt to resolve my issue. I asked for a refund to which I got a reply - choose another of our VoIP brands. To me this means more wasted time and $$ because I no longer trust their brands. Their web interface is also terrible - takes a long time to find out how to reach the customer "service" and log in a ticket.

I woudnt even give this company a star...they deserve bucket load of sh.t...worst ever voip service...ive used so far my first €6 of my balance...yet i havent had chance to contact anyone...

Dont buy from this scam boys. You wont be able to connect to anyone but every attemp you make to connect they charge no matter. Even it doesnt start ringing it still charges you for a minute rate.

Very Bad experience, Quality of call very poor, hardly hear the person from another end....at times I am getting the message that my account has no credit when i can see my account is in credit of €9.00. Wouldn't use them any more....Please stay away....

It is the worst voip service ever. Every time I call to international number, it just connect and I only listen some other guys connected already. It is a true scam!

Just wasting time and Money to call your loved one, always listening engaged tone, without connect its start deducting money. Many issues ..dont dare to buy this service

Не звонит. Набираю украинский номер, сначала идут гудки секунд 15, потом на украинском говорят, что абонент не может ответить. Номер точно включен. Впрочем набирал на 3 разных номера - результат один. Набираю свой российский номер, телефон передо мной лежит. Гудки идут точно так же секунд 15, потом обрывается. Соответственно на телефон звонок не проходит. Zoiper выдает ошибку "480 Temporarily Not Available". Пробовал использовать их приложение, без разницы, результат тот же. На сайте обратной связи нет. Как связаться с поставщиком не ясно.
P.S.: все звонки делал на мобильные. попробовал набрать на городской номер РФ причем тоже IP-телефония, вот на него сразу дозвонился и качество было хорошим.
P.P.S.: в общем справедливости ради надо отметить тот факт, что на следующий день удалось все-таки дозвониться на Украину, правда качество связи оставляло желать лучшего. звук прерывистый, с какими-то хрипами - очень сложно разобрать, что говорят.
