If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered medication on 7th April, it was quickly authorised and I was advised it would be dispatched within 24 hours. I have sent many many emails to Howells and Dr Franks, all to no avail. They have £141.95 of my money and I want it back! I have cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, I have had no response to any of my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews on here first...I have spent a week trying to get them to supply my medication that I have paid for, to no avail. They trade as Dr Franks, but money is taken by Howell medical group. No response to emails or messages, I urge you not to use this company...

I am leaving a review here in hope it will obtain the clinics attention as my emails seem to be going completely unanswered.

Ordered on 8 April with a notification prompting that i will have dispatch in 24 hours. Today is the 14th with not even an update since they took over £200 from me.
I am now filing for a refund through my card company so i can place an order through another pharmacy. This is absolutely atrocious behaviour from licenced pharmacists. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I postponed three orders as I was intending to move to a larger Mounjaro pen. At no point during the postponement process was there any notification or warning that postponing would result in my prescription being reduced to a smaller pen.

The communication throughout has been terrible. The lack of transparency led to gaps in my treatment due to late deliveries, and my prescription was changed without my informed consent.

Despite raising a formal complaint and clearly explaining the issue, I have been refused a refund and charged a £75 clinical assessment fee, even though the issue arose from poor communication and system failures on their side.

Overall, the service has been poor and customer support has been unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. I would advise others to be very cautious, as important information about prescription changes and deliveries is not clearly communicated.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered medication on 2nd January which had never been received. I cannot get hold of the company by phone, they claim problems with their phone system! Have sent in excess of 20 emails, am very doubtful if this company actually exists and would strongly advise to order elsewhere

Took money from my wife’s account after telling her she was ineligible for the medication and raised it with the bank and the cheeky sods have challenged it not had any contact or refund £280 owed to her.
Avoid

This company will have no issue taking your money, ignoring any attempts you make to contact them and refusing to assist you.

Just have a look at all the negative reviews on this page and on Dr. Frank's Trust Pilot page - so many people can't be wrong. Plenty of other great providers out there who will treat you with respect and actually deliver what you've paid for. These scammers are not even worth looking at - I wouldn't use them again if they were the only company to buy from. I'd rather go without my mediation completely!

Had to give one star as you can't give none. Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited for my refund of £183 now for 10 days . Have emailed and I am still waiting it does not take 10 days for a refund not now it's a simple click of a button. Please don't use this company

Do not use. Fronts as Dr Franks, takes your money and doesn't deliver any medication. Continually fobbed off when requesting refunds.
Criminal operation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THAT ALSO TRADES UNDER DR FRANKS!!!! for weight loss medications. I used this company once and then cancelled the service as I would be abroad for a few months, they then went ahead and took 2 payments from my account of £225 and £130 without consultation with me and I’ve received no medication either! They have literally stolen money from my account! I am living on disability payments and cannot afford to lose this money, I have sent repeated emails to them but have received no reply from this company. They are not legitimate! Stay away unless you can afford to throw money away! My son is a manager in the financial ombudsman and is now going to look at this company with a view to getting my money returned.

I had a disappointing experience with Howell Medical Group Ltd. An amount of £168.75 was taken from my account without any follow-up consultation or delivery of the medication. This has left me feeling that the company does not prioritize its clients' well-being but seems more focused on financial gain.

I kindly request that the company refunds this unauthorised transaction promptly. Such practices are concerning and undermine trust in their services. I would advise caution to potential customers considering this provider.

Absolutely disastrous customer care!!!
Nobody answers your phone call & message “Your phone call very important and you will be connected to next agent”, then after5/6 minutes ring sound for a couple of minutes and then back to message and then over and over again .After about 30/40 minutes call dropped by them.This has happened three times today and nearly every day for over 10 days.
Don’t use them!!!
