I had a lovely service , explained what I needed and it Tina talked me through what was going to happened! Can’t fault it I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tina at least 3 different occasions and every single time by chance she has been working and it’s been brilliant

I have encountered two big issues but I will write 2 reviews separately. Crawley branch county mall. I purchase a life time battery replacement, Citizen watch very sentimental because I was offered by my wife. Drop it to have a battery replace, received not working and with broken crown soon I knowledge asked to speak to a manager but not to be seen. Got home written up an email explaining the situation. Got a reply weeks later not apologies and not assuming any blame, left with a broken watch.

We visited the site in County Mall in Crawley and were served by Tina. She was really pleasant and very helpful in assisting us to buy the bracelet we wanted. The shop had a great , friendly atmosphere. We would highly recommend it.

Went to H. Samuels in Crawley on the 14th of June to try and find a father’s day gift and have my necklace (which was purchased from this store) repaired as well. I approached the lady behind the desk as she was the only one who was not with a customer at that time. I said “hello” and she abruptly told me “can’t you see I’m in the middle of something.” She then told me “if you look around there are other people who can help you.” Which there isn’t as everyone else is occupied. I understand it was a busy day but I was made to feel like I was less of a person. I felt very little and was close to tears as I left the store.

I was welcomed by Ruchi, who was lovely and very helpful in showing me what earrings were available for piercing. I was then pierced by Aleena who was also amazing and so lovely and confident, which was comforting. All round my experience was great!

We took my wifes Rotary watch back to the H Samuels in Crawley, within the years warranty and they sent it off to check and replace the battery as it had been losing time. That was 2nd September, as the warranty people said they didnt cover battery replacement and sent it back to the shop, who in turn sent it out to their repairer and this morning I got a phone call saying that it had now been sent to Rotary for them to do the battery change...BUT we would have to wait until the end of November until they got it back. 3 MONTHS FOR A BATTERY CHANGE??? Under warranty, that we paid extra £30 for that now seems totally worthless as for a tenner in the market we could have had it done in a few minutes. Saying that the actual shop staff showed great empathy and tried to help as much as possible..BUT MY WIFE STILL WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEARLY XMAS TO GET HER WATCH BACK!!And on 11th Nov phoned customer service and they said they would email a gesture of goodwill £25 gift voucher which is a little compensation for the amount of time my wife has been without her watch. Thank you

Thank you to Tina and Ruchi for the continued support. From finding out the finger size to recommending different options and, finally, finding the perfect engagement ring.

We ordered and paid for a watch next day delivery. The order was accepted and paid for we planned our day around it to get a call from h samuels in Crawley next morning sorry not on the delivery today will be in tomorrow Monday no good time sensitive. Which was why we asked for next day delivery otherwise we would of not placed the order. We were told we cound cancel but when we returned to the shop to cancel the order no there's nothing we can do for you today the orders not in so can sign it off for a refund. They failed given false information ruined our day. Because of their dreadful customer service and failed to deliver next day to the shop they will not refund our money. We didn't get what we paid for will have to return again to get our refund. They failed to delivrr for what we paid for.

I took an item of great sentimental value in to the Crawley Branch for repair. The service from start to finish was professional, I was kept informed of progress and costs and was treated with sensitivity throughout.

I was just passing and went in to look at the Red Arrows Citizen Watch range....
I was met by Tina who was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable..
Nothing was a problem and she spent 30 minutes showing me all of the watches available...
A real credit to the H Samuel brand....

Was in your crawley branch today & was assisted by Tina. Polite, friendly & very helpful which was much appreciated

Went in to get my mum a present and was served by a girl called maddy who was very helpful. She guided me into picking out the perfect earrings and necklace which my mum loved. She was very caring and a well mannered young lady who helped me very much.

My engagement & wedding rings were in for repair at the Crawley branch, I can't thank Tina enough for her help in negotiating the terms for my repair. My rings have been returned in a beautiful condition. Thank you so much Tina & team

Although it had been agreed to exchange the ring for a smaller size a family member was
made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed when told by the manager that she would never have agreed to the exchange and the ring being returned was scratched and would be a write off. A most unsatisfactory attitude.

Super friendly staff, were more than happy to help after lockdown as my partners wedding ring didn't fit. Order a new one easily and picked it up 2 weeks later. Great product at a fair price too!

Excellent service from our Crawley branch.
Assistant tracked down a wedding ring in the correct size from another store. We collected within the week. Computer said 3-4 weeks wait.
